Debt Counseling Clinic - Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program

Conducts monthly clinics for low-income persons needing assistance with debts and bankruptcy matters.  Eligible clients will be matched with a bankruptcy attorney who will represent them at no charge.  Clients are responsible for paying filing fees and must be Dallas County residents.

Legal Clinic for the Elderly

Conducts monthly clinics for low-income persons age 55 and older.  Attorneys provide free legal advice and/or representation to individuals in civil legal areas.  Applicants must be Dallas County residents.

Pro Se Divorce Clinic
