Debt Counseling Clinic - Dallas

monthly clinics for low-income persons needing assistance with debts
and bankruptcy matters. Eligible clients will be matched with
a bankruptcy attorney who will represent them at no charge.
Clients are responsible for paying filing fees and must be Dallas
